SOC (Serious and Organised Crime) Performance & Analysis Manager

Location: Multiple locations
Closing date: 02 October 2023

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Performance, Assurance and Risk (PAR) as part of the SOC Performance and Analysis Team. Working within the Strategy directorate, PAR - through analysis of demand, resource, performance and risk - works in collaboration with stakeholders to provide influential insight into the impact of the NCA and wider SOC system’s response to tackling serious organised crime. This informs strategic and tactical decision-making; providing oversight of the identification, management and mitigation of risks which impact law enforcement’s ability to effectively tackle serious and organised crime.

The SOC Performance and Analysis Team is responsible for the collation, interpretation, analysis and presentation of the NCA - and other law enforcement agencies - data and information to support performance understanding, as well as delivery of regular reporting products to NCA governance, national tactical tasking meetings; and biannual reporting products to national strategic tasking meetings.

The team, in collaboration with the Home Office, also leads the design and implementation of the SOC Performance Framework.
