The Commercial Capability Lead is a newly created role which provides an amazing opportunity for an individual to build on the successes we have had to date in raising capability across the function and wider agency.

The Commercial Capability Lead will work in collaboration with key business stakeholders, colleagues in the Commercial profession and across government to ensure that we are working towards our vision of becoming a leading commercial function in the fight against serious and organised crime.

The Commercial Function is committed to developing our staff and building commercial capability to support and enable career development.
