Communications: Building engagement through targeted campaigns. Using multiple channels, and products e.g., NCA external website, social media, conferences, and events.
- Internal Communications: Maintaining the internal communications tracker. Taking the lead for the D&A intranet pages, working with our designated publishers to keep all content up to date and in line with the D&A style. Drafting clear and accessible communications for publication across a range of mediums/platforms (the D&A Hub Newsletter, D&A Hub Intranet, workshops and other comms platforms).
- SLT Communications Support: Support SLT and managers in the development of communications for internal and external events and ensure they are confident in delivering key messages to a range of audiences.
- Delivering Quality Communications Support: using your skills and experiences to advise on the best approach. Providing insight on segmented audiences using audience segmentation and stakeholder analysis to target communication effectively; ensuring messages are relevant to the appropriate audiences.
- Engagement Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of communications (internal and external) and act on feedback, ensuring communication is timely, relevant and meets user / stakeholder and business needs.
- Line Management (as required): Coordinate and manage the workload of other staff. Coach and support staff to help them receive appropriate training and achieve their career / development objectives.
- NDEC Cross-Team Support and Engagement: Support the wider central capabilities team on ad-hoc activities as resource and capacity dictates. Regularly engage and collaborate with colleagues across D&A Hub. Share knowledge and support cross- D&A Hub team activities as required.
