We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic financial investigators (confiscators) to join the Proceeds of Crime Centre to help us to train and develop future financial investigators. As well as delivering training, you will liaise with teams and organisations across the PoCA enabled community, keeping them up to date on any changes and new initiatives and helping to resolve any PoCA related queries they may have. Training can be provided for the right person.
The Proceeds of Crime Centre discharges the statutory responsibility of Director General NCA (Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (PoCA), P1 section 3) to provide for the training, accreditation and monitoring of Financial Investigators.
As PoCC regulator you will be involved in the design, development and delivery of PoCA training courses as well as the accreditation and monitoring of financial investigators. No two days will be the same, you could find yourself delivering training one day and visiting a stakeholder the next. You may also be asked to attend regional or national level meetings to represent the views of the PoCC.
