A 34-year old Berkshire man who referred to himself as a ‘perv’ has been found guilty of sharing indecent images of children (IIOC) online.
Robert King of Bay Road, Bracknell, is the third man to be convicted following an investigation led by the National Crime Agency (NCA). He was identified after NCA officers received information he and 46-year old Raymond Taylor were was posting indecent images in an online chat room.
Taylor of Beecham Road, Reading was jailed for four years in January after pleading guilty to 11 counts of making and eight of distributing IIOC.
Taylor was also an associate of 47 year-old Jon Page from North Kensington, London. He was jailed in November 2017 for three-and-a-half years as part of the same investigation after admitting 22 offences including bestiality and drug possession..
King was released on bail after being found guilty on 25 July and will be sentenced on the 18 September at Reading Crown Court. .
Martin Ludlow, NCA senior investigating officer, said:
“These three individuals thought they could share horrific images of child abuse online and not be identified. But that has not been the case.
"We work tirelessly with partners to ensure those who access and share child abuse images online are located and brought to justice.”
